Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support: Beyond the Basics of Diabetes and Nutrition

This is a two consecutive day, two hour educational session that covers being active, monitoring, taking medication, problem solving, healthy coping, reducing risks, and healthy eating.

The Diabetes Self-Management Program at Community Hospital has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education.  Provider order and registration are required.
