Diabetes Self-Management Education & Support: Basics of Diabetes & Nutrition

This is a one 2-hour educational session that covers the principles of diabetes management, how to monitor one's own glucose level, and healthy eating tips.  The Diabetes Self-Management Program at Community Hospital has been recognized by the American Diabetes Association for Quality Self-Management Education. Provider order and registration are required.
