Beat Prediabetes

Prediabetes means your blood glucose levels are higher than normal but are not high enough to be diagnosed as having type 2 diabetes. Prediabetes can increase the risk of developing type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke. Learn what steps to take to beat prediabetes by attending one of our education sessions. 

Sessions in Spanish will be at St. Catherine Hospital on March 16. April 27, and June 22.
