For the second year in a row, Community Healthcare System’s Patient Financial Services team has been recognized for performance excellence by Crowe LLP, a global public accounting, consulting and technology firm. MUNSTER | Community Healthcare System’s Patient Financial Services has been honored for performance excellence by Crowe LLP, a global public accounting, consulting and technology firm.

The Crowe Performance Awards acknowledge top-quality patient experiences regarding revenue cycle operations. The revenue cycle encompasses the entire customer engagement and payment process from beginning to end. Awards were determined based on organizational workflows using top key performance indicators, or KPIs, monitored through Crowe’s software technology.

Community Healthcare System also received this distinction in 2021.
