Stop the Stumble: Fall Prevention and Risk Screening

These fall risk screenings are in honor of National Fall Prevention Awareness Day. Screenings will be performed by Powers Health physical and occupational therapists who will examine your individual risk of falling and provide information to decrease your chances of falling. Please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment to complete a health questionnaire. Wear comfortable walking shoes and if you use an assistive device for walking, please be sure to bring it with you.
