Prenatal Nutrition Class

Expectant parents are invited to join us for a class series of two sessions (Session one: in-person, Session two: virtual). These sessions focusing on healthy eating, active leaving, reducing stress and self-screening. During each session, there will be raffles, giveaways and cooking demonstrations.
