Empowering Women's Retreat - Self Care for Mind & Body

The 2025 Empowering Women Retreat will support women as they journey through the stages of life, providing educational information, health screenings, and tools necessary to help achieve and maintain optimal health. Participate in interactive sessions, gain valuable resources and enjoy the opportunity to focus on your own well-being for the day.

Pre-registration is required and breakout sessions must be selected at time of registration.

  • 9 am - Welcome
  • 9:45 am - Breakout Session 1 (choose one of the below options)

    • Going with the Flow: The Effect of Perimenopause and Menopause on your Health
  • 10:45 - Brunch and panel presentation, "Powering Down: A Woman's Guide to Better Sleep"
  • 12 pm - Breakout Session 2 (choose one of the below options)
    • The Magic of the Mediterranean Diet
    • Creating Confidence
