Empowering Women's Retreat - Self Care for Mind & Body
The 2026 Empowering Women Retreat will support women as they journey through the stages of life, providing educational information, health screenings, and tools necessary to help achieve and maintain optimal health. Participate in interactive sessions, gain valuable resources and enjoy the opportunity to focus on your own well-being for the day. Brunch will be served.
Pre-registration is required and breakout sessions must be selected at time of registration.
*For the A1C and lipid panel screening, a fast of 10-12 hours is required. Additionally, there are limited number of slots available for skin cancer screenings. If you would like to be entered into the lottery for a skin screening time slot, call 219-836-3477 to be added to the lottery list. If selected, we will notify you of your time slot the week of the event.
