Donate Life Rose Dedication Ceremony

Please join Community Healthcare System in celebrating the life and legacy of our organ, tissue and cornea donors and their families. Each donor family will be presented with a replica of the rose and vial that will adorn the 2022 Donate Life Float in the 131st Tournament of Roses Parade on New Year’s Day 2022. Participation is encouraged if your life has been touched by a donation either as a donor or recipient.
